Blasting and Painting

 We provide various types of blasting and painting services include in the fabrication packages, the traditional grit and steel ball blasting for carbon steel or garnet for stainless steel surface. We blast and paint the piping, steel structure, pressure vessels and special tools from owners. Our blasting and painting shop capacities are 1,000 m² per day and maximum 300,000 m² for the peak load. 

   All our painting systems are applied in accordance with the respective paint manufacturers specification or owner specification. The in-process inspections are closely monitored throughout our painting QAQC and paint manufacturer’s representative.
